Dr. David Burt, DDS FICOI FICD is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry in 1978 and has been practicing for 39 years in Lehigh Valley, PA.  He incorporated CEREC II into his office in 1999 and was one of the first CEREC trainers since 2004.  He also was a Sirolaser trainer for Serona for 3 years teaching 980 diode lasers to general practitioners.  Since then he as incorporated CBCT, guided implant surgery, digital scanning and chairside milling to his practice.  He has authored articles in Dentistry Today, Inside Dentistry, The Journal of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, Parkell Today and others concerning CAD/CAM lasers and digital scanning.  He also was course director for the basic implant course for Hiossen AIC.
