Promotion Period: Acceptance of entries will begin on August 7, 2020 and will remain open until October 1, 2020. Eligibility: The Inside Dentistry Survey contest is open to all licensed dentists practicing in North America. Must be 21 years of age to enter. No purchase necessary. You may not enter if local or state governing laws prohibit participation. Void where prohibited by law. Prize to be awarded may be won by any individual authorized to enter the giveaway.

Ineligible: Employees, officers, or directors of Inside Dentistry, AEGIS Communications, and their immediate families and/or household members are not eligible. Definition of household members and immediate family: mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, husband, wife, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, or children.

Winner: One (1) winner will be selected by random lot.

Notification: Winner will be notified by e-mail within four (4) weeks of the date of selection. The winner may waive his/her right to receive the prize. The winner may not transfer or assign their right to the prize. No cash substitutions for the prize will be allowed. This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations that may be in effect at the time of the contest.

Prize Delivery: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Inside Dentistry/AEGIS Communications to use winner's name and likeness in promotional materials or news items. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Inside Dentistry, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the prize won. The Contest Coordinator will arrange with the contest winner to deliver the prize so long as all applicable releases and affidavits of eligibility have been completed and returned by the winner in a timely manner.

Liability Limitations: By entering the contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this giveaway, or the prize awarded during the giveaway, shall be resolved individually and no action or dispute will be held or resort to any class action suit. Any claims and or judgments and awards resulting from this contest shall be limited to out of pocket expense incurred and those costs associated with the entering of the contest. In no event or under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award of attorney's fees, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or other damages and entrant hereby waives all rights to these claims.

General Release: By entering the giveaway, entrant releases Inside Dentistry, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this giveaway; or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
